Oh, this is fabulous! I love the tone of this, mostly cheerful but with darker moments, a perfect description of life - and all the little details you put in there about everyone, especially your physical descriptions to describe their state of mind, like Dom's hunched shoulders and Billy's fragility (I'm amazed at how you pulled that off completely credibly!). And that last line is just perfect! :D
